# A Call for Justice

Ukraine, return Kim to her biological father

Kidnapped in January 2024, Kim, a 4-year-old Swiss girl, is being held in a conflict zone in Ukraine, in Dniepropetrovsk, on a territory controlled by the Ukrainian government.

She is located a few kilometers from Dnipro, right in the midst of the fighting, while Ukrainian authorities categorically refuse her return to Switzerland.

The case is being passed from court to court with absolutely no regard for the child’s well-being. Her mother, who abducted her and died on site, no longer plays any role, but her grandmother and the local Ukrainian authorities in Dnipro continue to hold her illegally, preventing her father, who is desperately fighting from Lausanne, from bringing her home.

Urgent Action Needed

Kim’s case highlights the urgent need for international intervention to uphold child protection laws.

Thanks to your support.
We can hire skilled criminal defense attorneys in Ukraine, with the hope that we might be one step closer to family reunification. We thank you in advance for your support.

The Hague Convention, which is meant to protect children from international abduction, is being trampled and ignored by the authorities in Dniepropetrovsk, while the Ukrainian Ministry of Justice remains powerless in the face of this blatant violation of international law.

In the face of this unacceptable injustice, it is urgent that the international community reacts. We must demand that justice be served, that international laws be respected, and that Kim is finally reunited with her father and family in Switzerland. We cannot remain silent!
