Justice for Kim
Kidnapped in January 2024, Kim, a 3-year-old Swiss girl, is being held in a conflict zone in Ukraine, in Dniepropetrovsk, on a territory controlled by the Ukrainian government. She is located a few kilometers from Dnipro, right in the midst of the fighting, while Ukrainian authorities categorically refuse her return to Switzerland.
The case is being passed from court to court with absolutely no regard for the child’s well-being. Her mother, who abducted her and died on site, no longer plays any role, but her grandmother and the local Ukrainian authorities in Dnipro continue to hold her illegally, preventing her father, who is desperately fighting from Lausanne, from bringing her home.
